Export project data to an Excel template

Requirements

You have the Functional right: Export project data to external templates
Export Templates are administered in the system settings

You can export annual key figures and premises at project level to an existing Excel template and use them there for the simulation of further calculation results.

Prices
Cost elements according to the costing scheme
Investments over the investment periods (SOI, EOI)
Exchange rates and surcharge rates
Annual attribute values on the project

Project data export to an external Excel template can be used for the following project types:

Single Project
Multi Project
Costing Type Single Project
Costing Type Multi Project

Customize FACTON

To customize the export (especially the mapping), please contact your FACTON consultant.

Export project data to an Excel template

Open the project you want to export to an external Excel template.
Click on Data > Excel Templates ("Export" group).
Select the relevant export template.

The "Create Excel Quotation File" Dialog opens.
Click on the "" button to select a location to save the Excel template.

The "Browse For Folder" dialog appears. The selected file path is shown.
Select the folder you wish to export the Excel template to.
Click OK.

The selected file path is shown.
Optional: Change project export parameters, such as file name or calculation year.
Click Export.

The"Export Log - <Name of the export template>" dialog appears.
Click OK.

The dialog closes.

For further simulation with the exported calculation results, open the exported Excel template. It is located in the selected folder/saving location during the export.
